Mexico/Chiapas: Tuxtla Gutierrez
The capital of the state of Chiapas is Tuxtla Gutierrez. This one really under-delivered in terms of attractions – one large central square with a couple faceless government buildings and the St Mark’s cathedral, somewhat underwhelming as well. The city is often consisted to be a mix of old and modern in Mexico, but the reality was more like a mix of mediocre and average.
