Mexico/Durango: Durango – Rincon Ganadero Steakhouse

When in Durango – you gotta go for the western steak at a top steakhouse. Rincon Ganadero was just this place. First came top-notch local mezcal (made from the wild local species of agave – 100% Agave Duranguensis. Joven was new mezcal and Anejo was aged.
