You need to a full day to explore the entire Bagan plain filled with over 10,000 temples and pagodas and monasteries. You can try to hit the major ones or better hop on your e-bike and just randomly cruise the area in search of beautiful. Many otherwise smaller pagoda and temples hide amazing smiling Buddhas and frescos inside, some you can have all to yourself, while others you share with worshipers. It’s a true exploration.
