Saudi Arabia: Roadscapes of Saudi Arabia
We drove over 5000km through all but one region of Saudi Arabia, experiencing the country’s diverse landscapes and environs. From the flat sands in the middle, to the res rocks of Al Ula, to sandstorms on way to Medina, to steeply rising mountains in Taif with baboon hordes, to the high elevation plateau all the way to Abha, to craggy ridges with Yemeni mudbrick houses in the south, to the endless sands of the Empty Quarter and the entire east side of the country – the ultimate road trip around the heart of the Arabian Peninsula.
