Valencia deserves its own food recap for many dishes that are quite specific to the region. Paella is present everywhere and the Valencian paella in particular has chicken with rabbit and snails in it. Valencian salad is also well known around the world. And of course Aqua de Valencia – the Valencian version of a screwdriver meets gimlet (orange juice plus vodka plus gin plus champagne)
