Sudan: Meroe Pyramids – Camping at the Pyramids
What could be more incredible and unforgettable then camping right next to the Meroe Pyramids site in the spectacular desert sands of Sudan? Classic camping with a little tent, fire-cooked meal and hot tea, the sky without any light pollution and full of planets, stars and constellations, and distant galaxies. And the super bonus – we saw two desert foxes running around and circling the camp all night long.
