Sudan: Nubian Desert – Camping Under the Stars
A real nomadic experience – camping in the red sands of the Nubian desert! We arrived just before the sunset, climbed the tallest dunes and watch the sun color the desert red and slowly go down. The heat of the day immediately went away and the air chilled, time for hot tea cooked on coals. And the moonless night was absolutely surreal with myriads of stars, several planets, milky way of galaxies, and dozens of identifiable constellation. And it was quite cold at night!
