Taiwan: Taiwanese Food Recap
Aside from incredible night markets, other meals includes more traditional chino-Japanese fare (I guess the food falls somewhere in between) – various noodle soups, soup dumplings, pork buns, kimchi, oolong tea, and fresh sashimi. Taipei is the culinary capital – there are many often simple restaurants that are actually quite famous both locally and in Michelin mentions, serving local fare – beef noodle soups, sushi, soup dumplings, potato balls, and much much more. One really cool find was on the Dihua Street – Minle Swordfish Rice Noodle Soup – that serves amazing stuff for breakfast, including the famous swordfish noodle soup!
