Hat Yai is the largest city in the southern Thailand, around 400K population. and the capital of the Songkhla Province in the south of the country. The center of the city is busy with street markets and densely packed buildings, but there are several architectural gems like stunning Wat Chue Chang chinese-style Buddhist temple, the Clock Tower, and several street blocks richly decorated with beautiful murals.
