Thailand: Koh Samui – Fisherman’s Village

Fisherman’s Village is a historic old settlement on the Bophut beach in the north of the island. There are several old wooden building preserved here and a street running along the beach full of upscale restaurants, beach lounges, boutique hotels, and shops. Probably best place on the island for sunset and dinner. The fishermen have moved on to other parts of Samui and the pier is partially collapsed but it all looks great in the setting sun with views of Koh Phangan in the distance.
