Tuvalu: Beach at the southern tip of Fongafale islet

The very southern tip of the Fongafale islet of the Funafutu atoll is a spectacular beach there the land slowly ends and you can stand at the tip with the view of the next islet – Fatato – and the ocean surf on your left and the calm blue lagoon waters on the right. At low tide, you can even cross the connection between two islets.
