Czech, and Ukrainian dishes. Bograch is the classical Carpathian soup, made from sweet peppers, meat, potatoes, and spices. Banosh is another staple made from corn flower and sower cream over open fire, and tasting similar to Moldovan mamalyga or Italian polenta.
