USA/NY: Niagara Falls SP – Maid of the Mist
Maid of the Mist is boat cruise that goes up close and personal to the thundering Horseshoe Falls at the Niagara Falls. Tourists are given blue raincoats and the boat goes past the American and Bridal Falls first before arrive into the spray of the main falls and getting into it. You do get absolutely wet and soaked as it feel as of you are in a hurricane – pouring rain and strong wind gusts. But it’s a must do experience at the Niagara Falls. Plus the bot briefly crosses into Canadian waters, so I guess this could count as visiting Canada.
