USA/Alaska: Juneau Helicopter Tour
Another must-do adventure out of Juneau is a helicopter ride with a landing on a glacier. The helicopter takes you high ap and into the heart of the Juneau Icefield with the overflights over Herbert, Taku, Lemon, Norris Glaciers. Then the helicopter lands at one of them where you get to hike on the ice and explore the crevasses, fissures, and moulins (a moulin is a vertical well-like hole in the glacier where the water running on top the glacier dives through the ice and comes out at the bottom)
