Mesa Verde is one of the most famous national parks preserving ancient Ancestral Pueblo houses built from AD 600 to 1300. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The most spectacular part of Mesa Verde is the stunning Cliff Palace – a series of cliff dwellings packed underneath a natural rock overhang.
