Vietnam/Phu Quoc: Long Beach

Phu Quoc Island is actually closer to Cambodia than Vietnam, and it is the larges Vietnamese island (in 1975 the Khmer Rouge regime invaded Phu Quoc and claimed it was historically Cambodian, this sparked Cambodian-Vietnamese War which eventually led to the fall of the Khmer Rouge – probably like it will eventually happen to Putin’s Z-regime). But not to digress, the Long Beach is the largest in Phu Quoc, nearly 15km of straight line of yellow sand facing the sunset. A great place to chill with a local beer, and listen to the waves break ashore,
