Greenland: Midnight sun & icebergs in the Icefjord
And an absolutely stunning boat cruise to cap off the Ilulissat part of Greenland exploration – sailing on an old wooden fishing boat at midnight among icebergs with the sun just above horizon at its lowest point of the day (it never goes away here) – midnight sun! It’s the most incredible experience as the icebergs take on every hue of orange, yellow and green. Birds fly out and the water is absolutely still. Every picture comes out totally surreal – so sorry for overload, I can’t decide which ones are best – make sure you see all 60 pix.
