India: Agra – Views of Taj Mahal from Mentab Bagh
Mentab Bagh is a river bank and somewhat of a dilapidated garden complex across the river from Taj Mahal. It offers nothing except for spectacular panoramic views of the Taj, especially if you come in late afternoon when the sun lights up the westerners side of the tomb. I doubt Agra ever has a normal sunset as the sun usually sinks into the smog and slowly dies at the end of the day. But the Taj Mahal views are well worth it, especially with cows and goats in the foreground.
