The sleek train run at a max speed of 300 km/hr, making a trip from Rome to Florence a simple 1.5 hr trip through the beautiful Tuscan landscape. Easy to book, easy to ride, easy to enjoy, just like the bullet trains on Japan, and very much unlike the crappy Acela junk on the USA.
