If Marshall Islands was a near-perfect -all-tuna diet, then Micronesia was all about mangrove crab. These guys are massive up to 5-6 pounds with plenty of juicy meat, almost more then lobster, but totally different taste. Any restaurant will boil it for you – and you don’t need to buy it off the menu – just go to the fish market and buy the biggest freshest mangrove crab. And then repeat again!
