Northern Marianas: Pau Pau Beach & Saipan Lagoon
Saipan for some reason is much less developed then Guam for tourism, yet its beaches are seemingly better. The lagoon on the west coast of the island is massive and the views are panoramic and beautiful. The water however is very shallow and the sea floor is linen with sea cucumber so it’s particularly enjoyable. The coast went through boom and bust tourism development and now there are only a few boutique hotels, so you can have the whole coast to yourself.
