Philippines/Luzon: Ferry to Borocay
Getting to the resort island of Boracay (supposedly some the whitest sand in the world and consistently rated among the top island destinations worldwide) requires a few jumps. First you fly to the nearby island, then go from airport to harbor, go through a mess of getting on a boat via a pontoon, take a short crowded boat ride to the island, and then take another ride to your resort.
