USA/Alaska: Flying to Northern Alaska
From Fairbanks it’s another hour flight north to reach the Brooks Range of mountains and pass the arctic circle. Unfortunately, there are about 150 fires burning north of Fairbanks and the air visibility is a mere one kilometer.
