Austria: Innsbruck
The picture-perfect city of Innsbruck is the capital of the Tirol region of Austria and in located beneath snowy mountain ranges in a perfect spot to have hosted two winter Olympic Games. The old town is a very compact maze of narrow streets lined with historical buildings, while the riverfront is just a painting of colorful building set against the mountain range behind the city.
